Obituary of Joseph D. MacClain
Joseph D. MacClain died February 1, 2017 in Brooklyn, NY. He was 87. The son of Joseph & Frances, he was born July 21, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA. Joseph proudly served as an MP with the US Army, Military Police in Kyoto; Japan. Upon returning home Joe spent his career as an Investigator in the insurance industry. Joe's generation was the foundation of many institutions, a devout Elder and Sunday School teacher, he was a faithful member of the Calvary Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Wildwood NJ. After the passing of his beloved Gloria of 52 years, Joe moved to Brooklyn, to be closer and cared for by his only son Bruce. Survivors Include his son Bruce of Brooklyn NY. He was predeceased by his only sister Patricia Huber. Cremation was private.
